By purchasing from Jade Custom Designs, you are agreeing to our policies. You are responsible for reading and understanding the information provided in regard to your purchase.
By placing an order for a pre-order item, you understand that the fabric is not on-hand and has an extended turnaround time. Purchasing a pre-order item is an agreement to wait the stated turnaround time for your products to ship. Inability to wait the agreed upon turnaround time does not constitute a refund.
Our flaw policy- flaws in excess of 5% if the total yardage may qualify for a partial refund. If you receive fabric that you believe is flawed, please reach out to an admin to discuss your order. Small flaws that can be covered by a nickel or are within an inch of the selvage or cut line are not considered refundable. Washing, cutting, or otherwise altering the fabric in any way, voids any ability to return or exchange fabrics.
Flaws or other issues must be brought to an admin within 2 weeks of delivery of fabric. After this 2-week period has expired, no refunds will be given. Full refunds will not be processed until the items have been returned and received.
Color variations between strike fabrics and bulk orders are possible. We allow up to a 10% variation in color between strikes and bulk fabrics. Variation within 10% is not considered flawed and does not qualify for a refund. Colors can also vary between rounds. We cannot guarantee fabrics from previous rounds will be an exact match to any future rounds.
Flawed Hardware/Seconds Sale- Hardware purchased as "flawed" or "seconds" cannot be returned or exchanged. All says on flawed hardware are final.
