Where do you ship from?

Jade Custom Designs is based in northwest Oklahoma.

What does your shop offer?

Jade Custom Designs offers an expanding variety of custom designed fabric. All fabric is designed by the owner and will occasionally feature commissioned work from other artists. We also offer a variety of hardware including zipper tape, zipper pulls, rivets, twist locks, and more. All zipper pulls are designed to accompany the fabrics offered.

What types of fabric do you print on?

 230 GSM Cotton Lycra Jersey blend, 95/5

 100% Cotton Woven

 Clear PVC Vinyl

 Custom printed faux leather/vinyl

 

When will my pre-order be delivered?

 We currently have an 6-10 week turnaround time. This period begins from the time the pre-order CLOSES. Updates about pre-orders are posted to the shop's Facebook group. If you are not comfortable waiting the 6-10 week turnaround time, please do not order.   

What do I do if I need to change my shipping address?

 Please email us if you are needing an address updated. 

Do you offer a bulk discount?

Yes, we do offer a discount for bulk orders. Bulk is considered to be 10 yards of a single design. Bulk orders receive a 15% discount on the total order (shipping not included).

Hardware is currently excluded from bulk discounts .

What is “Flawed” hardware?

Flawed hardware consists of rivets, zipper pulls, twist locks and other hardware that have minor cosmetic flaws. Flaws may include but are not limited to: bubbles on the surface, smudges or spots in the resin, or discoloration in the finish. All flawed hardware is still functional.

Do you combine shipping?

We do! Please use code ADDON when placing your second order. If the code is not used, we are not able to combine the orders.

Vinyl orders cannot be combined.
